AnimateUIX Brand Identity Design Portfolio

AnimateUIX is a motion-design studio specializing in custom Lottie animations for websites, mobile applications, presentations, social media, and digital products. Its services include animated logos, icons, interface components, characters, illustrations, preloaders, stickers, and data visualizations.

Marketorr created a technology-focused brand identity that connects the AnimateUIX name with motion, keyframes, and digital interface design. The identity gives the studio a recognizable visual foundation without relying on generic play buttons or film symbols.

Project Overview

AnimateUIX needed an identity that could represent both creative motion design and the technical precision required for lightweight digital animation.

The brand had to appeal to designers, developers, agencies, SaaS companies, and product teams. It also needed to remain clear across websites, application interfaces, presentations, social media, printed materials, and physical signage.

Marketorr developed a wordmark-led identity with a visual concept derived directly from the animation process.

The Challenge

Animation agencies often use familiar symbols such as play buttons, frames, cameras, or abstract motion lines. These elements can communicate the industry, but they rarely create a distinctive brand.

AnimateUIX required an identity that could:

  • Communicate animation expertise without using an obvious industry symbol
  • Balance creative energy with technical credibility
  • Keep the complete brand name readable
  • Work against light, dark, and high-colour backgrounds
  • Remain identifiable in static and animated applications
  • Support websites, mobile interfaces, presentations, and social media
  • Appeal to both creative and technology-focused buyers
  • Provide a foundation for future marketing materials

Our Brand Design Strategy

We built the identity around an element motion designers use every day: the linear keyframe.

Instead of placing a separate animation icon beside the company name, the keyframe symbol was integrated into the lowercase “i” in “Animate.” This creates an industry-relevant detail inside the wordmark while preserving its simplicity.

The “UIX” section receives a contrasting accent colour. This creates a clear visual division within the name and strengthens recognition without separating the wordmark into multiple elements.

What Marketorr Delivered

Logo Concept and Rationale

The AnimateUIX logo uses a clean sans-serif wordmark with carefully controlled spacing. Its defining feature appears inside the lowercase “i,” where a linear-keyframe symbol replaces the conventional dot.

This detail connects the identity with animation timelines, motion controls, and keyframe-based production. People unfamiliar with the technical reference still see a clean modern wordmark. Motion designers and digital professionals can recognize the deeper meaning.

Distinctive Wordmark Structure

The identity keeps the complete company name visible instead of reducing it to an unrelated symbol.

“Animate” and “UIX” remain part of one continuous wordmark, while colour creates a visual distinction between them. This approach supports name recognition and makes the logo suitable for a growing specialist studio.

The streamlined construction also allows the identity to sit comfortably beside animation previews, interface designs, portfolio visuals, and technical service information.

Flexible Colour Applications

We developed logo variations for different visual environments. The identity can appear in white with yellow or blue accents, as well as in alternative high-contrast combinations using orange, blue, black, and other campaign colours.

These variations help the wordmark remain visible across:

  • Dark website sections
  • Light interface backgrounds
  • Portfolio presentations
  • Social media graphics
  • Printed materials
  • Business stationery
  • Exterior and interior signage

The colour system gives AnimateUIX flexibility without changing the underlying logo structure.

Typography System

Clash Grotesk was selected as the primary brand typeface. Its contemporary geometric construction supports the technology-focused positioning of AnimateUIX while remaining readable in both large and small applications.

The typography hierarchy defines different roles for:

  • Semibold headlines
  • Medium-weight subheadings
  • Regular body copy
  • Short promotional statements
  • Service descriptions
  • Digital interface content

This provides consistency beyond the logo. AnimateUIX can use the same typographic character throughout its website, presentations, advertisements, proposals, and social content.

Digital-First Brand Expression

AnimateUIX primarily operates in digital environments, so the identity was designed to sit naturally beside motion and interface content.

The restrained wordmark does not compete with animated work. Instead, it provides a consistent signature that can support logo animations, animated icons, product demonstrations, web interfaces, showreels, and Lottie previews.

Its simple structure also gives motion designers room to animate the keyframe-inspired detail without compromising legibility.

Brand Application Mockups

The identity was tested across realistic applications to demonstrate how it would perform beyond a presentation slide.

Applications included:

  • Business cards
  • Digital brand materials
  • Promotional graphics
  • Dark and light backgrounds
  • Colour-based visual campaigns
  • Illuminated exterior signage
  • Large-format brand displays

These examples show how the identity maintains recognition across both digital and physical touchpoints.

Identity Presentation

Marketorr organized the logo concept, design rationale, typography, colour variations, and application examples into a connected identity presentation.

This gives AnimateUIX a practical reference for maintaining consistency as new designers, marketers, or business partners begin working with the brand.

The Final Outcome

The completed identity gives AnimateUIX a clear visual connection to its specialist field.

The hidden keyframe reference communicates animation expertise. The clean wordmark supports technical credibility. The contrasting “UIX” treatment improves recognition, while the typography and colour variations prepare the brand for different digital and physical applications.

The result is a focused identity for a studio that works at the intersection of animation, interface design, and digital performance.
