What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for websites and applications.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct UX research and translate insights into meaningful design solutions.
  • Maintain and contribute to scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and developers throughout the design process. 
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and business requirements.
  • Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

  • 0-2 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
  • Design background is preferred.
  • Knowledge in Adobe tools is a plus  
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects for web and/or mobile products.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Prototyping).
  • Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design and developer handoff.
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, spacing, color, and layout.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • BDT 20000-30000 (based on skill & experience)
