- 2โ4 years of experience in strategy, communications, marketing, or event planning within an agency setting.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A passion for branding, campaigns, and crafting memorable event experiences
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and any planning or analytics software
- Prior agency or event management experience is a strong advantage

- Develop data-backed strategies for events, marketing campaigns, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with creative, client servicing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
- Conduct research and analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Create and deliver strategy decks and pitch presentations for internal and client use.
- Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
- Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies to optimize results.
