Responsibility:

Leading the planning and execution of website development projects, including scoping, task delegation, and timeline management.
Architecting and developing custom WordPress solutions, including themes, plugins, and functionalities tailored to client specifications.
Reviewing and Mentoring junior developers, offering guidance on complex development tasks, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Ensuring robust security measures, including data encryption, user authentication, and protection against common WordPress vulnerabilities.
Collaborating closely with clients to define project requirements, provide technical expertise, and address client feedback and requests.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of e-commerce functionality.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Staying at the forefront of web development by researching and implementing emerging technologies and trends.
Debug and troubleshoot issues across websites and platforms.
Meet the client’s strict deadlines.

Requirements and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar field.
Proven work experience of at least 2-4 years as a WordPress developer.
Background with Agencies will be a PLUS!
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including mentoring abilities.
In-depth knowledge of web security best practices.
Significant understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Proven track record of successful project leadership and client interaction.
Proven experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Proficiency in WooCommerce setup & management.
Strong knowledge of WordPress architecture, including custom themes, plugins, and APIs.
Experience with Google Analytics implementation & analysis.
Familiarity with website optimization and SEO best practices.
