𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
The CRM Administrator will maintain and improve our CRM system, support end users, and ensure data accuracy and system performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Graduate in Computer Science or any relevant concentration from a reputed university.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and training skills for supporting non-technical users.
- Working under tight deadlines and being adaptive enough to receive continuous feedback.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Administer, configure, and optimize our CRM platform (preferred Go High Level).
- Monitor data integrity and lead regular data hygiene efforts.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify process improvements.
- Assist with CRM-related training, documentation, and user support.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and profiles.
- Work with third-party vendors or developers when custom solutions are required.
- Researching daily to optimize CRM workflows and streamline implementation.
