What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social platforms
- Provide accurate information about our services and ongoing projects
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Track feedback, complaints, and resolutions to help us improve
- Maintain a polite, professional, and confident communication style

- Strong Bangla communication and typing skills (Mandatory)ย
