𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

2–4 years of experience in strategy, communications, marketing, or event planning within an agency setting.
Strong analytical and research capabilities.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
A passion for branding, campaigns, and crafting memorable event experiences
Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and any planning or analytics software
Prior agency or event management experience is a strong advantage

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Develop data-backed strategies for events, marketing campaigns, and brand activations.
Collaborate with creative, client servicing, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
Conduct research and analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
Create and deliver strategy decks and pitch presentations for internal and client use.
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
Monitor campaign performance and adapt strategies to optimize results.
