Sr. WordPress Developer

Hiring Experienced WordPress Developers who can lead and connect artistry with functionality.

Responsibility:

Plan and execute website development projects, including scoping, task delegation, and timeline management.
Architect and develop custom WordPress solutions, including theme and plugin development tailored to client specifications.
Work on complex development tasks, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Ensure robust security measures, including data encryption, user authentication, and protection against common WordPress vulnerabilities.
Collaborate in a fast-paced agency environment and bring hands-on expertise in building scalable WordPress projects.
Optimizing website speed for a better experience and functionality.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience as a WordPress developer.
Prior Agency Experience is a MUST!!
Solid experience in custom plugin and theme development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including mentoring abilities.
Strong understanding of website architecture, performance, and security best practices.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Experience with WooCommerce setup and management.
Proven track record of successful project leadership and client interaction.

৳50,000–৳70,000 (Negotiable based on expertise)
